The Process
Every step of the journey is designed to be simple and stress free, making the entire experience just as special as the photographs themselves.
Step One
At Beautiful Creations Photography, we know that every newborn is unique, so we book a provisional date around your due month.
Once your little one arrives, we’ll confirm a session date. Beforehand, we’ll collaborate to ensure everything is set for the shoot, from colour schemes to poses.
Together, we’ll make sure the session reflects your vision for these precious memories, ensuring the images will be just as you imagined when displayed on your walls.
All newborn sessions are baby-led, meaning we work at your little one’s pace. Whether it’s feeding or a nappy change, we take our time to ensure they’re comfortable throughout.
Newborn sessions are usually scheduled for midweek, and older siblings are welcome to join at any time.
I understand that no two babies are the same, so we’ll adjust to create the most beautiful gallery of memories that you’ll treasure forever.
Step Two
Step Three
After your session, I’ll carefully edit your gallery within 2-3 weeks. Once your images are ready, you’ll receive access to your online gallery to view and select your favourites.
Choosing images can be tricky, so many parents opt for the ‘Elegant’ package to help make the decision easier.
Your gallery will stay live for two weeks, giving you time to decide on your package and ensure everything is perfect.

It’s best to book your newborn session in advance, ideally in your second trimester, to ensure availability. Sessions are typically scheduled within the first two weeks after birth to capture those early, tender moments while your little one is still in that precious, sleepy phase. Whether in my Ipswich studio or in the comfort of your home, I’ll work closely with you to create beautiful photographs that will bring you joy for years to come.
